Welcome to InboxSim! Thank you for choosing our email testing platform ("Services"), which are provided by TMNSolutions Co., Ltd. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to adhere to these terms. Please review them thoroughly. IF YOU DON'T AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USING OUR SERVICES.

Usage of Our Services

You are required to comply with all policies provided within the Services. Improper use of our Services is strictly prohibited, such as attempting unauthorized access or interfering with our Services. You may only utilize our Services in compliance with applicable law, including export and re-export control laws. Should you fail to comply with our terms and policies, we may suspend or cease providing Services.

Your InboxSim Account

Certain Services may necessitate a InboxSim Account. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are accountable for all activities conducted through your InboxSim Account. Avoid using the same password across multiple third-party platforms.

Please note that accounts without an active subscription will be deleted after 60 days. We will send a reminder email 30 days before the account is completely deleted.

Service Limitations

InboxSim operates under a tier-based subscription model with specific limits for each plan:

  • Free Plan: 100 emails per month, 1 inbox, 7-day email retention
  • Starter Plan: 2,000 emails per month, 3 inboxes, 30-day email retention
  • Team Plan: 10,000 emails per month, 10 inboxes, 60-day email retention
  • Business Plan: 50,000 emails per month, 25 inboxes, 120-day email retention

Emails older than your plan's retention period will be automatically deleted from our system. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limits and retention period.

Privacy and Intellectual Property

InboxSim’s Privacy Policy outlines how we handle your personal data and ensure privacy protection during your use of our Services. By using our Services, you agree to these privacy practices.

Your Content and Our Services

InboxSim is an email testing platform designed to capture and store test emails sent through our service. By using InboxSim, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Email Storage: All emails sent to your InboxSim inboxes will be stored on our servers for the duration specified by your subscription plan's retention period.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through our service. You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your email content.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to use our Services to send, receive, or store emails containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content, including but not limited to:
    • Illegal substances or drug-related content
    • Child exploitation material of any kind
    • Unauthorized distribution of copyrighted work or DMCA violations
    • Viruses, malware, phishing attempts, or spam
    • Content that is harmful, abusive, threatening, or promotes violence or discrimination
  • Testing Purpose: InboxSim is intended for email testing and development purposes only. You must not use our service to send emails to real end-users or for production email delivery.

We reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these terms. Violation of these content policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

Software in Services

Where applicable, downloadable software associated with Services may update automatically. Configuration options might be available for automatic updates. InboxSim grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, global license to use the software provided with our Services. This license is solely to facilitate your use and benefit from the Services.

Modification and Termination of Services

We reserve the right to update these terms or any service-specific terms to reflect legal or service changes. Regular reviews of these terms are advised. Notifications of changes will be posted, and such updates will take effect no earlier than fourteen days post-posting unless immediate enforcement is required by law. Disagreement with new terms necessitates discontinuation of service use.

Warranties and Disclaimers

While we endeavor to provide our Services with reasonable skill and care, specific assurances about the Services are not made. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY STATED IN THESE TERMS, INBOXSIM AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SERVICES. CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS MAY IMPLY WARRANTIES SUCH AS MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. TO THE LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE EXTENT, SUCH WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED.

Liability Limitations

Providing top-tier products and clear usage guidelines remain our goals, yet the SERVICES ARE OFFERED "AS IS." UNABLE TO FORESEE ISSUES, WE LIMIT LIABILITY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REFRAINING FROM RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST PROFITS, DAMAGES, OR DATA ISSUES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED ON SUCH POSSIBILITIES. YOUR SERVICE USAGE IS AT YOUR RISK.

Business Use of Services

When Services are engaged on behalf of a business, that entity accepts these terms and indemnifies InboxSim, inclusive of affiliates and employees, from claims relating to service use or term violations along with associated liabilities and costs.

About These Terms

These terms regulate the relationship between InboxSim and users. Third-party beneficiary rights are not created. Failure to immediately enforce these terms does not imply a waiver of rights. If any term is unenforceable, this does not impact other terms' enforceability.
